The Single Select and Multi Select question types support the option of adding an “Other” or “None of the Above” answers. Both include an option for allowing the user to enter a free text entry using the keyboard.

Data4Action will automatically deselect all other answers when the “None of the Above” answer is selected in a multi select question type. By comparison, Data4Action will NOT automatically de-select all other answers if an “Other” answer is selected.
