1. Go to Surveys Tab
2. Select Survey you wish to edit
3. Click on Questions Tab
4. Go to Multi Select Question or Interval Scale Question you wish to edit
5. Drag and Drop question answer label as appropriate
6. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Tips

Survey changes can only be made in Edit Mode. If necessary, switch the survey to Edit Mode.
