A. Survey Introduction Screen

1. Login to your Survey Builder Account
2. Go to Surveys Tab
3. Select Survey you wish to edit
4. From Setup tab, go to Survey Introduction Screen section
5. Click on the Remove button under the default Image.
6. Enter a description that will be displayed on the final pop-up screen (Optional)
7. Click Save button to save your changes

B. Survey Finish Screen

1. Login to your Survey Builder Account
2. Go to Surveys Tab
3. Select Survey you wish to edit
4. From Setup tab, go to Survey Finish Screen section
5. Click on the Remove button under the default Image
6. Enter a description that will be displayed on the final pop-up screen (Optional)
7. Click Save button

C. Survey Footer Image

1. Login to your Survey Builder Account
2. Go to Surveys Tab
3. Select Survey you wish to edit
4. From Setup tab, go to Survey Footer Image section
5. Click on the Remove button under the default Image
6. Enter a description that will be displayed on the final pop-up screen (Optional)
7. Click Save button

Tips

Survey changes can only be made in Edit Mode. If necessary, switch the survey to Edit Mode.
