1. Login to your Survey Builder Account
2. Click on Surveys Tab
3. Click the Create New Survey button from left sidebar
4. Enter a New Survey Name
5. Click on the Create Survey button
6. Start adding your survey questions as required

Tips

If you already have an existing survey, you can copy an existing survey and start customizing. Copying and customizing an existing survey can be faster than creating a new survey from scratch
