1. Open Data4Action app.
2. Select the Options
3. Select Cache
4. On the Cache screen select Delete All Surveys
5. Select Confirm to delete.

Deleting all surveys from a device keeps the results you currently have collected and stored on the device. After the survey is deleted from the device you will need a WIFI or 3G/4G internet connection to download the survey again.
