1. Open Data4Action App
2. Go to Options Tab
3. Click on Advanced Options
4. Go to System section, and Select Troubleshooting
5. The Data4Action app version is displayed at the bottom. For example, version 2.8.20

If you are starting a new survey and upgrading to the latest Data4Action App you should also consider upgrading your device iOS.
