1. Open Data4Action App
2. Select the Run Current Survey button to start a survey
3. Select the Menu Icon at the top left of the survey welcome screen to display the slide out menu
4. If there are multiple surveys loaded on your device, select the Surveys tab, and select a survey
5. Select the Results Tab to display a list of Results ordered by Date and Time
6. Select the Date and Time to display the result
7. To Email the result select the Email button

Tips

• To use this feature please ensure that you tick the Email Results checkbox on the survey option screen when designing your survey. For more information see how to Email a Result from a Device in Survey Options.
• After a result has been emailed, the cached result remains on the device until you upload it by selecting the Upload Results button on the Admin screen.
• This feature is designed to send email results manually in a PDF format one at a time. We recommend you use the Hot Answer option if you need to email results automatically.
