Method 1: Display the Administration Menu from App Settings from the App

1. Open Data4Action app on your device
2. Go to Options Tab
3. Fins Device Settings section
4. Click Show / Hide Admin Menu
5. Select Show for All Surveys option
6. Close Data4Action App
7. Open the Data4Action app. The Administration Menu will display after the app has loaded.

Method 2: Display the Administration Menu after the Data4Action App Loads

1. Open Data4Action app on your device
2. Once the Survey Start Screen appears, hold down the Start button for 6 Seconds to display the Administration Menu.

Tips

If a Test Mode survey is assigned to the device, the Administration menu will display on launch of the app by default. After a survey has been completed, the app loops back and displays the Administration Menu.

 

IMPORTANT

After your survey has been launched and published, the Administration Menu is hidden. The Administration Menu is hidden for privacy reasons (sometimes the surveys are being done unsupervised).
